About us
The Bungalow Care Home is based in Farnworth, Bolton, and is always bustling with activity as we deliver the best service possible and go above and beyond to meet the needs of every person who uses our service.
Everybody has the right to be treated with dignity and respect when receiving care. As a company we endeavour to do everything possible to ensure this highly important aspect is maintained. We treat all residents equally without discrimination whilst embracing their differences in culture, ethnicity, sex, sexual preference, age, social standing beliefs and opinions. We will also maintain privacy at all times. This includes the service user, their belongings, their personal space and private information.
Elderly care
We always ensure you keep your sense of independence as it is paramount to maintaining a sense of self-worth and dignity. In the care of our team, you will have the opportunity to make new friends in a wonderful community, amidst all sorts of activities and entertainment.
It is our belief that all service users should be empowered to speak up, voice their opinions and be in control of the services they receive. It is our duty to provide support to the individual and to assist the person in the best way possible, whether it be a complaint, a concern or requiring an advocate to act within their best interests.
We believe in building warm, empathetic and trusting relationships. It is our hope that all residents feel a sense of belonging within our community, and we will always treat everyone with honour, respect and equality.
