We ensure that the care is dependable and unified across all team members by encouraging the sharing of information between those involved with an individual's care. This is to ensure all team members have a unified understanding of specific needs and give care in a consistent, predictable manner.
Team members are encouraged to share their opinions and to discuss any changes or amendments that need to be made to an individual’s care. This enables us to be proactive and change a person’s care plan to suit their new requirements, or react fast to mitigate any foreseeable future problems. It is also our belief that the retention of employees is paramount in maintaining the highest possible quality of care across the care homes services.
Great emphasis will always be placed on staff training to ensure all staff are qualified and knowledgeable in all areas of their individual roles.
We also believe in investing in staff, which includes the implementation of an employee development programme aimed at improving a person’s growth within the industry.
